Job Description
The HSE Dublin and North East Region is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Neuro-Rehabilitation) to deliver a person-centred neuro-rehabilitation service within the Community Neuro-Rehabilitation Team. The CNS will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care for service users and their families in a community setting.
