About Network Department

Responsible for the overall management of the European region network business, including new dealer development, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, and the withdrawal of unqualified dealers. The department is organized into sections: Network Strategy, Network Development, and Construction Operations.

• Network Strategy Section
  • Output business partner evaluation criteria
  • Provide input from a business perspective and assist the legal department in reviewing and exporting contract templates
  • Determine local network development strategies and business models, guiding network developers in business development
  • Maintain network entry standards according to different geographical tiers
  • Evaluate business partner operations and provide network development recommendations
• Network Development Section
  • Develop and maintain business partners in the region in line with the company strategy
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to maintain local network development and identify underperforming dealers
  • Monitor and analyze operations and financials; provide feedback to HQ and related departments
  • Provide business counselling and, when needed, dismissal of unqualified dealers according to company strategy
• Construction Operations Section
  • Develop network image standards, VI standards and acceptance criteria
  • Store acceptance; CI/VI and boutique development in Europe
  • Regular dealer operation quality evaluation and recommendations

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of network development strategies across regions in alignment with the European strategy and targets; support regional teams in achieving annual goals.
• Support rapid expansion and development of regional networks by onboarding new regional network development staff and enabling quick initiation of local activities.
• Ensure BYD and DENZA network development targets are achieved; regularly track progress and conduct preliminary research to support strategy.
• Assist HQ in preliminary POS review processes to ensure POS compliance with HQ standards.
• Lead network development negotiation meetings with regional colleagues and provide strategic guidance to achieve targets.
• Develop and update dealer management policies to support regional dealer compliance amid rapid network growth.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork across departments.

Required Skills, Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher; background in International Business, Management, or Project Management preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Project management skills; strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and dealer performance data
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Native Mandarin and proficient English
• Experience in multiple roles is a plus
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable steps
• Resilient under pressure; capable of managing multiple projects with high efficiency
