This is a pure pre-sales, design, and architecture role - no hands-on implementation required. You will be responsible for engaging with service providers, understanding their existing network infrastructure, and positioning Juniper solutions as the go-to choice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build out the Service Provider Networks function within the business.
• Engage with AltNets and ISPs, assess their existing networks, and position Juniper solutions.
• Work closely with sales teams in a pre-sales advisory role, delivering technical expertise and solution designs.
• Act as the Juniper subject matter expert, influencing strategy and go-to-market approaches.
• Provide high-level architectural design and recommendations for service provider networking.
• Develop a specialist team, hiring and leading additional network professionals as the practice grows.

Skills/Must have

• Strong Juniper Service Provider networking experience.
• Proven background in ISP-focused Pre-Sales, Architecture, or Consulting.
• Ideally certified JNCIS, JNCIP, or JNCIE in the Service Provider track.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Nokia IP networking would be beneficial.
• Previous experience as a Juniper Systems Engineer (SE) would be highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate fluently with service providers and AltNets, understanding their challenges and needs.
