This role requires the successful candidate to either hold or be eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
- Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advising colleagues on best practices and supporting from a 3rd Line perspective.
- Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing trustworthy, honest feedback.
- Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds for customer projects.
- Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
- Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information, maintaining BT's trustworthiness.
- Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centered design frameworks.
- Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
- Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
- Motivated team player, able to work collaboratively on features impacting customers.
- Own production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.
- FCSS / CCNP or Fortinet Network Security Certification
- Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
- Experience with WAF/Load balancer
- Knowledge of Dynamic Routing Protocols
- Experience in prototyping and testing solutions, with a focus on lean and iterative development.
- Familiarity with designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
- Salary with benefits, including a 10% on-target bonus, 25 days annual leave (plus holidays), flexible benefits, training opportunities, and employee schemes.
- Family leave: 18 weeks full pay, 8 weeks half pay, 26 weeks statutory.
Flexible Working - BT offers hybrid working, allowing 2 days remote work per week, with 3 days at the contractual location.
