Network Security Specialist

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advising team members on best practices and supporting from a 3rd Line perspective.
  2. Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing trustworthy and honest feedback.
  3. Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds for customer projects.
  4. Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing relevant documentation.
  5. Safeguard sensitive customer information to maintain trustworthiness.
  6. Apply experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centered design frameworks.
  7. Simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
  8. Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
  9. Work collaboratively as a motivated team player to build customer-impacting features.
  10. Own production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.
Preferred CV Qualifications:
  • FCSS / CCNP or Fortinet Network Security Certification
  • Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
  • Experience with WAF/Load balancer
  • Knowledge of Dynamic Routing Protocols
  • Experience in prototyping, testing solutions, and iterative lean development
  • Designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes
