OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.


About the Role


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Development Specialist located in Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Network Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining provider networks, building provider relationships, analyzing network data, and working with a sales team to drive growth.


Responsabilities


  • You will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and support of our Dealer Network
  • Provide assistance and support to grantees in the implementation of standards and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance audits and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and customer service departments to ensure alignment of brand messages and strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for dealers and their sales, service and after-sales teams.
  • Provide training in products, sales, customer service and regulatory compliance.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry to incorporate them into training.
  • Participate in the creation of training materials, manuals and reference resources.
  • Collaborate in the development of marketing and branding strategies together with dealers.
  • Make regular visits to dealerships to evaluate their performance and provide additional guidance.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering.
  • Professional experience: more than 2 years of work experience in network development and training in automobile sector.
  • Strong communication, coordination, planning and execution ability. Good at relationship establishment and maintenance.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, daring to innovate and break through.
  • Experience in team and project management is a plus.
  • Language requirement: English as working language.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the country.
