This highly technical Network Implementation Specialist role involves implementing the latest technology to meet customer needs. You will execute workstreams in delivering customer service for multiple accounts, proactively managing customer needs to ensure high satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
We configure, test, troubleshoot, and monitor customer networks to ensure resilience and availability.
What you'll be doing- Configuring, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure
- Translating customer requirements into configurations, diagrams, and instructions
- Providing technical escalation within the team for complex issues
- Leading knowledge-sharing opportunities
- Working effectively with customers and other BT teams during production and delivery
- A current or expired Cisco CCNP certification
- Experience in delivering project work packages
- Producing documentation for in-life support
- Device configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience
- Willingness to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC level, requiring residence in the UK for at least 5 years
