NetSuite Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to lead complex ERP transformation programmes for a high growth technology consultancy working with private equity backed clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast paced environments and has deep expertise across finance, operations, and large scale NetSuite deployments.

The Role

• Lead client workshops to gather and analyse business and finance requirements
• Architect scalable NetSuite solutions across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, and best practice delivery
• Guide system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Mentor and lead functional and technical NetSuite consultants
• Produce solution designs, documentation, and delivery frameworks
• Act as the primary solution lead across multiple concurrent projects

Experience

• 10+ years in ERP consulting, including 7+ years in NetSuite architecture and implementation
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Consolidations, Revenue Recognition)
• Proven end to end NetSuite implementation leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C suite
• Consulting or professional services background preferred
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant / Administrator / Developer) desirable
• Experience with global, multi subsidiary, multi currency NetSuite deployments
