- BAU Administration & Support: Oversee user access, roles, permissions, financial reporting portlets, advanced saved searches and periodic system upgrades.
- Compliance & Localisation: Ensure multi-book, multi-currency and multi-subsidiary architectures meet local statutory accounting, SaaS VAT/WHT reporting and electronic invoicing requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record implementing, customising and administering Oracle NetSuite in a multi-entity / international setting.
- Strong technical capability across SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and advanced saved searches/reports.
- Hands-on exposure to API-driven integrations with third-party software (e.g., billing, banking, CRM).
- Strong grasp of core accounting concepts: multi-subsidiary rollups, multi-currency, revenue management and international tax/VAT compliance.
