About The Role
If you are successful, you will join a team of dedicated professionals pushing forward a high standard of neighbourhood management in Ancoats Urban Village and New Islington.
In this role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders to manage the area-overseeing budgets, contractors, and a range of neighbourhood management issues.
We're looking for someone with strong partnership working skills, solid financial management experience, and confident leadership and problem solving abilities.

About the Candidate Essential requirements for the role: Communication Skills: Is able to effectively transfer key and complex information to all levels of staff, adapting the style of communication as necessary and ensuring that this information is understood. Writes convincingly and clearly, succinctly and correctly, avoids the unnecessary use of jargon or complicated language; writes in a well structured and logical way and structures information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended audience. Ability to advise others and deal with sensitive issues in difficult situations inside and outside own area, negotiating riskier demands. Ability to negotiate difficult agreements with wide impact; ability to influence or persuade internal or external stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to absorb, understand and quickly assimilate complex information and concepts and compare information from a number of different sources.
