The post involves managing all aspects of housing management in Penarth, Powys, and Barry, covering approximately 1150 properties.

The role is busy and varied, requiring the candidate to be on-site at least 3 days a week, with flexibility depending on workload.

Office working days are Tuesday and Wednesday, which may include on-site days. The client group is mainly general needs, with oversight of 2 sheltered complexes.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
