NEC4 Service Manager

Our Blue Chip Public Sector client are looking for a NEC4 Service Manager with an expert knowledge of NEC4 including contract administration, compliance with contractual obligations. Ideally will possess NEC4 certified. The position is for 6 months initially, extension likely and will be Hybrid with on site in London 1/2 a week. Please note this must be via an Umbrella company

Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for fulfilling the duties and obligations of the NEC4 Service Manager on behalf of the Client including:

• Contract Administration

• Compensation Event Management

• Payment Assessment

• Early Warning Management

• Progress Monitoring

• Dispute Resolution

• Risk Management

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of NEC4 PSC contract terms and conditions as well as proven experience of use
• Preferably NEC accredited Project Manager
• Experience with NEC contract management software such as CEMAR
• Strong project management skills
• Proven experience in client-side contract management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including previous experience of leading, managing people and working across functions/disciplines to deliver objectives
• Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed decisions
• Experience in contract administration and dispute resolution
• Preferably chartered/qualified or working towards RICS, APM etc
