NEC Commercial Manager - Major UK Construction Project

Amida in North West London is seeking a NEC Commercial Manager for a permanent role on a major £1billion+ scheme. You will support a Site Based Commercial Director and a team of over ten commercial operatives, with a recurring annual workload of £70million for seven years.

You will manage NEC contracts A-F, oversee financial performance, mitigate risks, and ensure strict contract compliance across complex packages, driving value and governance across projects.
