Your Mission Will Be

• Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and client engagement;
• Manage relationships with international clients and consultants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth cross-border communication;
• Coordinate nearshore delivery, aligning client expectations with consultant performance and project needs;
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring margin control, risk management, and business unit profitability;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align nearshore strategy with company growth objectives
• Lead and support recruitment processes for international projects, conducting interviews when needed.

You Will Need

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Previous relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar roles;
• A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• BSc or MSc in Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience working with international clients or multicultural environments;
• Previous experience in the IT sector, particularly in consulting or tech services;
• Exposure to nearshore or offshore delivery models
