National Sales Manager UKI- Infection Control
We are seeking a National Sales Manager for Getinge UKI, leading the Infection Control (IC) Sales team. You will play an integral role in planning and implementing programs involving the establishment and development of sales opportunities covering capital IC equipment and TDOC solutions.
You will collaborate with your team, share insights, build together, and meet our goals. As the National Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for sales, leading the sales plan, supporting colleagues, and engaging with customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Communicating daily with Account Managers and the SRS team;
- Conducting regular field visits to manage and support key accounts, and reviewing Account Managers' performance;
- Performing annual appraisals of Account Managers;
- Managing sales forecasts monthly and reporting to the Business Unit Head SRS in accordance with deadlines;
- Ensuring IC Capital equipment and TDOC meet turnover, GP, and EBITA targets within budgets;
- Submitting unit files for Demand Planning & Rolling forecast processes timely;
- Managing demo stock with regular checks and controls;
- Submitting tender documentation on time and coordinating pricing strategies with relevant managers;
- Liaising with factories responsible for Surgical Workplace products;
- Providing direction and development for SRS sales activities;
- Overseeing marketing activities for IC Capital and TDOC;
- Participating as a member of the management team;
- Leading collaboration across divisions and with partners to create innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- HND/degree in Science or Engineering (desirable)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen
- Experience managing Profit & Loss
High commercial acumen, experience in Surgical Workflows is advantageous, and working in a multi-site environment is preferred. Proven sales leadership, client engagement at high levels, and medical field sales experience are desirable. Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and a passion for coaching and development are essential. Ability to work flexibly under pressure is required.

- Valid UK driver's license
- Ability to travel within the UK and abroad
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
