National Property Project Manager Healthcare Refurbs

Cygnet is seeking a Project Manager to join the Property team on a national basis, with travel across the UK and occasional remote work. You will support feasibility, drive delivery, manage budgets and risk, and engage stakeholders across health and social care settings.

A construction/building degree is required, ideally with RICS chartership. The role emphasizes governance, planning processes, and contract law understanding, along with leading meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
