National HSE Manager - Behavioral Change & Site Safety (Hybrid)

HSE Recruitment are partnering with an energy provider to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Manager in a central function role, supporting the Group Head of HSE to deliver strategic priorities. This is a national role across six UK sites, with a hybrid pattern and regular site travel.

Based centrally, you will drive behavioural change, embed projects from end to end, and communicate progress to the board while coaching staff and sharing best practice across the business.
