National Customer Operations Manager (Order Management)

Altro Ltd is seeking an experienced National Customer Operations Manager to own the UK order management function from our Letchworth HQ, with responsibility for teams in Lowestoft and Maiden Newton. This hybrid role (3 days in office) requires travel to other UK sites and a strategic, hands-on leader who will shape processes and automate workflows.

You will partner with Commercial, Demand Planning, IT and Customer Insight to deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting growth and
