About the Role

Base Location: Flexible UK We offer a Flexible First approach to work. Your base 'home' location should be one of our SSE offices or depots across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Gateshead.

Salary: £26,200 - £39,400 + performance-related bonus + benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available

The National Contracts Co-ordinator reports to the National Contracts Sales Director and is a key member of the National Contracts business unit within SSE Smart Buildings.

You will

Enable SSE to transact nationally with facilities management companies.
Ensure we are set up on their system as a supplier with agreed terms, payment conditions, and communication channels.
Identify key stakeholders for demand generation, renegotiation, and renewal of agreements.
Manage multiple contracts and customers, collaborating with internal teams supporting technical, sales, and operational functions.
Act as a first point of contact for escalations and inquiries, fostering relationships to achieve preferred supplier status by negotiating additional services, day rates, and rebates.

You have

Experience in a customer-facing role within sales or account management.
Basic understanding of Building Energy Systems, BMS & controls, or related construction/mechanical/electrical industries.
Experience dealing with procurement teams in facilities management is highly beneficial.
Proactive, articulate, with a professional telephone manner.
