National Account Manager (Protection)

We are delighted to announce that we will be recruiting for a National Account Manager to join Royal London on a remote basis.
You will be joining a team that is responsible for the acquisition, management, and performance of protection distribution partnerships and for winning and developing new partnership arrangements in order to distribute products offered by Royal London.
About the role- Deliver the agreed partnership objectives as set out with the networks and service providers.
- To lead the Royal London protection relationship between the networks and service providers.
- Develop effective strategies for each partner that establishes and maintains business.
- Objectives including development of profitable commercial initiatives to maximise value.
- Build collaborative internal relationships to ensure partner plans are shared for maximum and mutual benefit.
- Very strong internal and external relationship builder.
- Strong experience in relationship management and business development.
- Desire to become level 4 qualified or equivalent.
- Experience of negotiating with 3rd parties and seeking, gaining, and retaining value.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
