About the role Reporting to our Senior Sales Director, the National Account Manager (NAM) is ultimately responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business with some of Bullhorn's most valued customers. In this position, you will use your relationship building skills to establish and build C-Level relationships within your designated clients and use your consultative selling skills to identify and articulate the strategic, organisational, and financial goals of those clients. This role is critical to Bullhorn in that your success in maintaining and growing relationships within our existing client base directly impacts our bottom line, and the incredible customer experience you will provide supports Bullhorn's core mission.
