We are excited to be working with a market-leading, global FMCG business with a portfolio of fun and innovative brands in their search for a National Account Manager!

This business has achieved impressive growth over recent years due to successful NPD projects and acquisitions. With a current turnover of $1.9 billion, an exciting recent acquisition and an impressive 7.9% YoY growth achieved, it couldn't be a more exciting time to join the business!

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing one of the business's top-tier, high-profile retailers, managing a double-digit multi-million £ P&L.

What will you be doing?
- Manage, network and develop relationships with a top-tier High Street retailer.
- Collaborate with Senior Commercial team and Buyers to identify and grow opportunities within brands and categories.
- Understand commercial impact - Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP's and cost increases where relevant.
- Understand commercial impact - Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.
- Lead on exciting NPD projects in the pipeline as well as working collaboratively with Brand and Marketing on successful promotions and activations in store.
- Develop, implement, and execute clear JBP's with customer base ensuring focus on key measures for customer base and internal targets.

What will you need?
- A minimum of 2 years experience within National Accounts within FMCG, ideally non-food FMCG.
- Experience or interest within the toy/product industry.
- Proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- A positive and proactive attitude! Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions.
