- Develop an appropriate customer specific national account strategy in line with Kohler Mira's strategic business goals.
- Formulate, agree, implement and review business plans with the objective of realising profitable, sustainable growth for both businesses.
- Drive desired sales results versus forecast and plan.
- Achieve budgeted net sales by brand by month.
- Provide customer forecasts by product and category.
- Support all forecast submission and changes with a robust assumption breakdown.
- Develop a plan, through close working with Kohler Mira channel marketing, to execute the most cost-effective use of discretionary funds, whilst driving the most profitable return on investment.
- Obtain listings and drive sales of new products at agreed levels.
- Understand our competitive position within the account and grow share accordingly
- Feedback insights relating to competitor activity.
- Negotiate and implement annualised trading terms.
- Produce an account specific reporting suite which monitors all facets of the commercial performance of the account.
- Develop, maintain and build strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
Skills/Requirements
- Motivated, ambitious, self-starter.
- Must have a proven track record in sales and account management
- Ideally have experience managing large accounts in the retail / DIY distribution sector
- Ability to create strategic business plans.
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Advanced people influencing skills.
- Commercial negotiation skills.
- Adaptable team-player.
