National Account Manager - Impulse (Foodservice) 12 month FTC

Location

This role is based in Feltham, London, with a hybrid working model (60% in the office, 40% WFH). From late 2025 / early 2026, our Head Office will move to Richmond Upon Thames.

Role Overview

Starting ideally on 30th June 2025, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profit, and market share targets for the account. This will involve developing and executing joint plans with key trading teams and fostering long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop credible relationships within the customer base and with internal stakeholders to align and execute Joint Business Plans.
  2. Gain deep insights into the retailer and network within the account to expand Lindt's business.
  3. Manage customer relationships professionally at appropriate levels.
  4. Win new business through networking, trade shows, sampling events, and relationship building.
  5. Focus on account profitability and sustainability in the short to mid-term.
  6. Deliver annual plans and budgets aligned with company strategy.
  7. Build and implement robust Joint Business & Account Plans.
  8. Implement Snacking and NPD initiatives via the Foodservice partner.
  9. Drive growth through portfolio strategies to meet NTS, RSV, profit, and market share goals.
  10. Optimize commercial spend and support sustainable growth of Lindt NNP.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within a major FMCG organization.
  • Successful track record in managing and executing Joint Business Plans.
  • Strong leadership qualities capable of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Effective communication and networking skills.
  • Performance-driven, tenacious, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally.
  • Excellent analytical skills with P&L, budget, and investment management experience.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • IT proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 plus a car. Benefits include bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowances, giveaways, discounts, a £100 personal incentive, a birthday day off, and more.
