Interim National Account Executive

MISSION

Support the team in operational functions across accounts as well as taking ownership to manage specific accounts.

ORGANISATION

Reports to: Senior National Account Manager

Contract type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day admin management of Key Accounts supporting SNAM and NAM

Support in the setting up of retailer promotions and activations

Collate and review weekly sell out data including store and new launch level sharing an overview of performance with the SNAM and NAM

Review and maintain retailer catalogue including notifying retailers of discontinuations and define sales packages

Track all launch elements (pre-series, stock, VM etc) are on time and update retailers

Support with new store opening process; work with SNAM and NAM to progress from project submission to store opening

Review retailer orders for fulfilment / quota issues and work with OM to resolve

Retailer specific management and execution of excess list (obsolete stock and TOA's)

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Under supervision undertake account management responsibility for specific key accounts

Develop, present and execute plans to achieve the agreed retail and gross sales targets.

Present and secure orders for all new launches and events.

Share brand news / updates with retailers as directed.

Establish good working relationships with key retail partners to further develop the business partnership.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proficient at Excel
  • Experience in a similar role, beauty experience would be advantageous
  • Commercially aware & ability to drive business performance
  • Able to manage time effectively and plan in contingencies to ensure targets are met
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable for delivery to a range of audiences
  • Team player, ability to respond to rapidly changing demands
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills
