An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Corporate Simplification Restructuring Advisory team. The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your advisory and Members Voluntary Liquidation ("MVL") skills and to be part of a national team improving processes and working nationally. MVL experience preferred but not essential.

You'll make an impact by:

• Assisting and supporting the National Corporate Simplification team.
• Preparing engagement letters and ancillary documents.
• Preparing statutory documentation for our appointment as liquidators.
• Preparing letters and reports for shareholders and other stakeholders.
• Producing letters to creditors' employees etc.
• Asset realisations as appropriate.
• Undertaking dividends to creditors and distributions to shareholders.
• Preparing data for KPI's.
• Ensuring assigned diary lines are completed within the deadline.
• Corresponding and liaising with HMRC to obtain tax clearance to close cases.
• Inputting data onto the internal systems, IPS and Virtual Cabinet.
• General case administration including raising bills.

• Commercial awareness in respect of budgets, expenses, and time recording.
