Music Teacher

Role Overview

We are looking for a full time Music Teacher to work across Key Stages 3 and 4 at a mainstream secondary school in Kirkby in Ashfield near Mansfield. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, plan differentiated work, and maintain high standards of behaviour and attainment within the classroom.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Music lessons for KS3 and KS4, plan and assess differentiated learning outcomes, maintain high standards of behaviour and attainment, and support students' development and achievement.

Qualifications

• QTS with a Music specialism
• Experience teaching Music up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting student development and achievement
• Will undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide good professional references
