Working closely with the Head of Service, you'll manage a small team and coordinate over 160 freelance tutors, ensuring smooth delivery and equitable access for children and young people across Camden.

Lead operations and finance at Camden Music. Manage systems, tutors, and HR processes, embed SpeedAdmin, and support strategic planning. Help ensure smooth, sustainable delivery of inclusive music education for young people across Camden.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action and is passionate about making a difference through music education.

Camden Music leads music education across Camden schools and runs a vibrant out-of-school programme. As part of Camden Learning, we collaborate with schools and partners to ensure inclusive, high-quality opportunities for all young people.
