Role

• Attending residential properties to complete snagging works, including minor repairs and finishing tasks (e.g. painting, plastering, tiling and carpentry).
• Identifying and resolving defects or incomplete works left by previous contractors.
• Ensuring all work meets the required health & safety standards.
• Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, respecting clients' homes at all times.
• Keeping track of materials and tools, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
• Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with homeowners.
• Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within set timeframes.

About you

• Current and valid CSCS card.
• Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
• Must have a driving licence.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills and attributes

• Minimum of 2 years+ experience within the general building space.
