Multi-Trade Operative (Kitchen Fitter)

Salary: Up to £38,847.17 per annum + van
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong kitchen fitting skills to join a busy Planned Works team.

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen installations and refurbishment works within customers' homes, using your wider skills in areas such as carpentry and plumbing to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete kitchen installations, replacements and refurbishment works.
• Carry out associated carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade works.
• Work safely and efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time approach.
• Complete works in line with agreed programmes, specifications and building standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
• Identify and resolve issues on site to minimise delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

About you:

We're looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, professional and customer-focused, with a strong background in kitchen fitting and general building maintenance.

You'll need excellent attention to detail, a positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
