Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
• Completing carpentry and plumbing works to a good standard
• Undertaking tiling and patch plastering repairs
• Painting and decorating where required
• Delivering general maintenance duties within tenants' homes

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry and plumbing
• Their own van and tools
• A full UK driving licence

Benefits

• £22 per hour
• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• 45p per mile for travel
• 12 weeks' work with the opportunity to go permanent
