Multi Trade Operative - London (North of the River Thames)

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Location: London. Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract type: Permanent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a multi trade operative to join our team and deliver first class service to our properties in London (North of the River Thames) and surrounding areas. The role requires the ability to provide good customer care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Good customer care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence; company vehicle provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
