Multi Trade Operative - Joinery

Location: Site based, covering Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Oxford, Swindon, Taunton and surrounding areas.

Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Joiner to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background, joinery experience essential.
• Joinery - repairs ofvarious doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and general type of duties to ensure functionality.
• Flooring experience essential Vinyl floor laying vinyl flooring, cap and cove
• Plumbing desirable -Replacing or repairing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps.
• Painting and decorating experience preferred
• Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
• Following Novus' exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
• Full UK driving license is required.
• The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
