Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter - South London

Position Summary

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759, plus a £125 monthly London Allowance. Location: South London. Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class service to properties across South London and surrounding areas.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
• Perform plumbing, flooring, glazing and other specialist trades, as well as secondary trades when required.
• Complete all work efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experienced carpenter with proven skills in plumbing, flooring, and glazing.
• Strong customer care orientation.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
• Eligible to work in the UK; residing in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
