• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in multi skills.
• Assess and evaluate student performance to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Support students in their educational and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student engagement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
• Degree or relevant qualification in a related field. - Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Experience in teaching multi skills or related subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in a teaching role within the Further Education sector
• Experience in developing lesson plans and assessing student progress
• Familiarity with educational technology and teaching resources
