Role: Multi Skilled Shift Engineer Location: Deeside Shift: 4 on 4 off (12 hour days) Salary: £50,000 per annum Benefits: Pension, life assurance, subsidised canteen, discounted staff shop, learning platform, free parking & career progression opportunities.

Russell Taylor is looking for two Multiskilled Shift Engineers to keep our client's production lines running at peak efficiency. You will handlelara maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements across automated process, packaging, and auxiliary equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

• Carry out planned, predictive and reactive maintenance on plant and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install, commission, and maintain plant and facilities.
• Support production with line adjustments and breakdowns.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
• Train colleagues and work safely across the site.

• Engineering qualification (HNC/NVQ Level 3) in electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled discipline.
• Hands on experience in automated manufacturing, ideally FMCG or food production.
• Knowledge of packaging and palletisation systems, AC/servo drives.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Safety focused team player.
