We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team delivering reactive and planned repairs across residential properties throughout Norwich and the surrounding areas.This is a long-term contract opportunity offering competitive rates, full-time hours, and a consistent workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults
• Repairs to bathrooms, kitchens, pipework, taps and sanitary ware
• Completing minor multi-trade works where required
• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service within occupied properties

Requirements:

• Relevant plumbing qualification or proven trade experience
• Previous experience within a maintenance environment
• Ability to undertake a range of basic multi-skilled repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
