Job Description

The Role:

I am working with a global manufacturer in Redditch, who are seeking a multi-skilled engineer to join their friendly and supportive team. The roles are responsibilities are as follows:

  • Respond quickly to breakdowns
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance
  • Following maintenance schedule
  • Identify cost saving and efficiency improvements
  • Provide technical support to all departments
  • Update documentation to time-scales

Skill and Experience

  • Verbal communication
  • Understanding of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical control systems and PLC's
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
  • HNC / HND in relevant engineering discipline or similar qualification
