Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, occasional minor installations, and work as part of the FM team. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems, with the ability to work independently. Participation in the on-call rota and working across contracts is also required.

The Multi Skilled Gas Engineer will:

• Perform planned maintenance on gas appliances and pipework according to contract specs, industry guidelines, and health & safety policies.
• Carry out reactive/emergency breakdowns, complete paperwork and certification.
• Maintain M&E and equipment as needed.
• Submit reports, timesheets, and certifications promptly.
• Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours cover.
• Assist team members and supervise subcontractors regarding work standards and safety.
• Complete tasks within contractual timeframes.
• Adopt a flexible attitude to assist other engineers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete all related documentation on time.

About You

Essential Criteria

1. Current Gas Safe Registration
2. Commercial gas certifications: COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TCPA1, Unvented Hot Water
3. Minimum 3 years' experience as a mobile multi-skilled engineer in the Commercial sector
4. Experience with commercial gas systems
5. Maintenance experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating services
6. Full UK Driver's License

Desirable Criteria

1. Electrical qualifications - 18th edition C&G 2382
2. Domestic Gas Qualifications
3. OFTEC 101, 102, 105, 600
4. CSR/IOSH qualification
5. ISOH Working Safely / CSCS Card
