Our clinic provides a wide range of services including physiotherapy assessment and treatment, injury rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, shockwave therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, exercise prescription, and Pilates. The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Chartered Physiotherapist to join our expanding team. This opportunity is open to both experienced Chartered Physiotherapists and newly qualified graduates who are eager to build their clinical skills in a supportive private practice environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, working with clients presenting with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation needs, mobility and functional limitations, and general physical health concerns. You will work closely with patients throughout their recovery journey while developing your expertise in exercise rehabilitation, Pilates, and physiotherapy. No previous Pilates experience is required. All successful applicants will have the opportunity to complete a comprehensive six week induction programme before progressing to an independent caseload. During this period, you will receive structured training in our Pilates rehabilitation approach, shadow experienced clinicians, participate in supervised clinical sessions, and receive one to one mentoring to build confidence and ensure you are fully supported in your new role.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
- Support clients through injury recovery, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, and return-to-activity programmes.
- Prescribe and progress individualised exercise rehabilitation programmes, including Pilates-based rehabilitation where appropriate.
- Utilise a range of treatment approaches including manual therapy, exercise therapy, dry needling/acupuncture, and other modalities as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with CORU and professional standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Contribute positively to the ongoing development and growth of clinic services.
- CORU registration as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility for registration prior to commencement).
- Applications are welcomed from both experienced physiotherapists and new graduates.

- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).
- Experience in private practice physiotherapy (desirable but not essential).
- Experience or an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, sports injuries, or post-operative rehabilitation.
- Training or experience in dry needling, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, Clinical Pilates, or strength and conditioning is advantageous but not essential, as training and mentoring will be provided.
