MS Dynamics Lead

*MS Dynamics Lead - 12 months + extension - Remote*

RED is currently supporting a global organization, and we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Lead Engineer to take technical ownership of all D365 CE applications and lead the implementation of a new Asset Management solution.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months + extension

Location: Remote

Language: English is mandatory and German is ideal

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the technical lead for all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE developments (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)

* Lead the technical implementation of the future Asset Management solution

* Design and develop scalable solutions (C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, custom APIs)

* Build and maintain integrations between D365 CE and external systems (REST APIs, Azure services)

* Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and CI/CD processes

* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, consultants, and business stakeholders

Key Requirements:

* 5-8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development experience

* Strong experience across D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service

* Proven experience integrating D365 CE with D365 F&O

* Strong C#/.NET plugin development experience

* Experience with Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, JavaScript, and Dataverse

* Experience with Azure integrations and CI/CD pipelines

* Strong technical leadership and communication skills
