The Job

Our Bar Managers are hardworking, dedicated, and committed to delivering the superior customer service that we are known for. Responsibilities

1. Recruit and train staff members, both current and new
2. Manage your team and continuously raise standards
3. Create new menus and wine pairings
4. Serve as the main contact with suppliers
5. Stay updated with licensing legislation and assume legal responsibilities for the premises
6. Enforce health and safety regulations
7. Ensure the perfection of every drink served to minimize waste
8. Demonstrate a passion for food concepts, wines, spirits, and cocktails
9. Develop your career in high-end restaurants
10. Provide exceptional customer care
11. Show empathy towards colleagues
12. Work effectively under pressure
13. Deliver excellent presentation skills
14. Organize and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
