Hermès SA Architect MPQ Hermès Hermès is an architecture & design office as well as a center founded by Hermès. The firm has been supporting individuals and companies in their construction projects and MPQ (M/F) To strengthen our team and support the development of our rapidly expanding structure, we are looking for an architect. The position is aligned with a general contractor. Responsibilities: Development of new projects, both institutional and commercial, as well as technical plans in compliance with Swiss standards. Compilation of inquiry documents: Submission and follow-up of APA, DD, and SIA phases. Budgeting and cost estimation and conducting meetings with project owners, various services/authorities, and (site monitoring and maintenance of calling for offers, execution, and financial plans for projects through calls for tender: analyses and comparisons of submissions with companies and subcontractors. Financial reporting to the and client meetings. Occasional supervision of students in research: Confirmed experience: Minimum of 5 years as an architect as well as in project management in Switzerland: experience in a firm: diploma of ETS architect, HES, CFC in building or engineering degree, complemented by technical knowledge of construction. Knowledge: Design and with Revit, AutoCad software, and mastery of general tools (Excel, Word, Drive, Bexio, economic tools): Ability to assess construction costs. Skills: Excellent sense of teamwork and quality service, good listening skills, leadership, and rigor: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with responsibilities, analytical and synthetic thinking, proactive and versatile management of different tasks, good knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework (laws, standards, and regulations).
