Moulding Engineer: Injection Moulding & Automation Expert

Bausch & Lomb is seeking an engineer for our Waterford site to develop and implement cost-justified process and equipment improvements in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will support injection moulding maintenance, collaborate with technicians, apply Lean Six Sigma tools, identify faults, install automation, and ensure change control, safety and quality.

Bachelor's Degree in engineering (polymer/ mechanical/ electronic) preferred and 3-5 years in a technical role.
