About the role

This 'Third Party Administrator - with a difference' is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. Cash rich, it has been backed by a number of specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA's on the planet.

This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a team of up to 7 Motor Claims Handlers. Training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file / audit checking to ensure compliance. You will not be handling your own caseload, but will be a referral point for more complex / contentious claims.

Qualifications and qualities

• Extensive experience within Motor Third Party Damage claims.
• Strong managerial skills, and the ability to add value in a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team can work to shared goals and objectives.
• Dynamic, able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly-evolving environment, and be willing to challenge the status quo. Willing to get involved in a variety of different projects and assignments.
