Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for stronger lead opportunities and the earning potential of self-employment?

An established property-focused financial services business is looking for an ambitious self-employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to cover Surrey and Berkshire. You'll have access to genuine, high-volume opportunities through an established network of estate agency offices, working with a varied client base that includes HNW mortgage cases.

You'll build strong relationships with your introducing offices, convert opportunities into mortgage and protection business and develop the potential of your territory. With established lead sources, administration, compliance and back-office support behind you, you'll have the platform to focus on advising clients, building relationships and benefiting from the greater autonomy and earning potential of self-employment.

The Role

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing client
• Manage and convert genuine sale and purchase leads from high-volume estate agency offices
• Build strong relationships with estate agency managers, negotiators and wider branch teams
• Advise a varied client base, including HNW clients and those with more complex mortgage requirements
• Manage clients from initial fact-find and recommendation through to application, offer and completion
• Proactively manage your pipeline, maintaining regular communication with clients and introducers
• Develop repeat, referral and self-generated business alongside introduced opportunities

About You

• Fully CeMAP qualified, or equivalent
• Experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a strong track record of converting mortgage opportunities
• Confident building and maintaining relationships with estate agency introducers
• Commercially minded with the drive to maximise the opportunities available
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the discipline to succeed in a self-employed environment
• Strong organisation and pipeline-management skills
• Comfortable travelling across Surrey and Berkshire (You maintain diary control).
• Experience advising HNW clients or handling more complex mortgage cases would be advantageous
