An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker to join a well-established brokerage in Telford.

This role offers genuine high earnings, hybrid working flexibility, and a strong pipeline of business supported by high-quality leads and full administrative support.

A high quality of leads, allowing the mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to write 14-16 mortgages a month, as well as quality leads, full mortgage admin support is also provided to ensure a smooth business.

The Role

As a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker, you will:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice
• Work within a hybrid model (office and home)
• Manage and convert a strong flow of leads
• Build relationships with introducers
• Achieve consistent high earnings

Requirements

• CeMAP qualified
• Experience as a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated by high earnings
