About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Manager to execute our mortgage lending strategy and drive operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Mortgages, you'll lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operational team and be the driving force behind optimising operations for the entire loan lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the mortgage lending strategy, ensuring execution across all stages of the loan lifecycle
• Monitoring, analysing, and optimising mortgage operations (including advisory, underwriting, and servicing) to drive significant improvements in efficiency and scalability
• Managing, mentoring, and growing a high-performing operational team of Mortgage Advisors, Underwriters, and Administrators
• Maintaining oversight and accountability to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across the mortgage lending book
• Partnering with internal stakeholders, including Product, Risk, Collateral, Legal, and Compliance teams across various seniorities and geographies
• Engaging with external stakeholders, including mortgage servicing vendors
• Staying updated on market trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within mortgage lending

What you'll need

• Experience in people management, building and leading high-performing teams
• 8+ years of experience executing a mortgage lending strategy
• A track record of delivering financial targets, including growth of new lending and assetsunder management
• Expertise in mortgage products, credit risk assessment, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and competitor landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build genuine customer relationships
• A sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
• To be detail-oriented with impressive problem-solving skills
• To be a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
