The Mortgage Advisor Package:

• Full Time Salary Up to £31,000 (Depending on experience)
• A supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £60,000 (uncapped)

The Mortgage Advisor Role:

• Meet clients virtually to give tailored mortgage advice
• Find the best mortgage solutions for each customer
• Promote insurance products from top providers like Legal & General
• Meet targets and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with our team to ensure FCA compliance, upholding our values of honesty, trust, and integrity

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and people skills
• Drive, motivation, and a passion to succeed
• Ideally, a full driving license and your own vehicle
• A genuine desire to help customers find their perfect home

The Mortgage Advisor Person:

• Driven by success, results, and rewards!
• CEMAP 1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience
• Relationship-building comes naturally
• Always ready to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary and passionate about helping people secure dream homes

• Must be within one hour's travel time to and from Medway from your home address
