CRM Executive

Reporting to:CRM Manager

Workplace:Soho Square/Hybrid

As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a CRM Executive to join our CRM Team.

This role sits within our growing team of CRM experts, with the mission to inspire belief at the right time, in the right place, to the right person, in everything we do. By leveraging our database, you'll befocused on developing, executing andoptimisingdigital marketing campaigns and automated journeys to those who pay to advertise on Rightmove, our Partners -Estate and Lettings Agents, New Homes Developers, Commercial Property Agents, Overseas Agents and more.

The CRM Executive will work closely with the Partner Marketing, Brand Design, Product, Internal Systems, and Customer Support teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the CRM & Partner Marketing Managers to execute digital marketing campaigns , delivering against business objectives, helping our customers grow and supporting our sales effort.
  • Campaign Management - You will be responsible for overseeing the CRM calendar, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of briefs, enabling on-time deployment, and delivering an exceptional customer journey for our Partners.
  • Challenge and optimise communication briefs and spot opportunities to increase conversion
  • Work with the CRM Manager and Partner Marketing Managers to create effective audience segments
  • Work with our Brand Design team to be a brand advocate and ensure brand consistency across our communications
  • Code emails using pre-built modules. Opportunities to develop HTML & CSS skills and become an email building expert
  • Own the QA and proofing process .Carry out rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality and most effective delivery of campaigns
  • Demonstrate the impact you've made by measuring results and reporting on the key metrics for your campaigns. You'll know what success looks like before you even start

Who you are

  • Experience with a marketing automation tool such as Adobe Campaign preferred, but not essential
  • Experience with coding emails in HTML & CSS is not essential, but a keenness to learn and troubleshoot is
  • Ability to own multiple projects at one time, shifting focus and changing priorities to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • To be a self-starter. You can plan a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps and hitting every deadline
  • To be data-driven and marketing focused, keen to learn about data models & getting the best out of our database.
